• Personal Information: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Date of Birth, and Address (collected during account registration).
• Vehicle & Emergency Details: Vehicle number and Emergency Family Contact numbers provided by you.
• Location Data (GPS): We collect your real-time location ONLY when a user scans your QR code and taps the "SOS/Emergency Location" button. This is required to send your accurate GPS coordinates to your emergency contacts.

2. Device Permissions Required

To ensure the app functions correctly, we request the following Android permissions:

• Camera: Required exclusively for scanning vehicle QR codes.
• Location: Required during SOS alerts to fetch the incident location.
• Notifications: Required to send you instant Push Notifications for Wrong Parking and SOS alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to operate the SafeQR alert system. Your data allows us to:

• Send push notifications and audio alerts to your phone when someone scans your QR code.
• Send automated WhatsApp messages to your emergency contacts during an accident or SOS situation.
• Manage your subscription and QR quotas.

4. 100% Privacy & Zero Data Sharing (Crucial)

We DO NOT display your personal mobile number or emergency contact numbers to anyone scanning your QR code. The entire communication process is routed securely through our backend servers to protect your identity from strangers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing agencies.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. In compliance with Google Play Store policies, you have the absolute right to delete your account and all associated data from our servers. You can request account deletion directly from the "Delete Account" section in your dashboard or by contacting us.

6. Security

Your data is encrypted and stored safely on secure servers. While we use industry-standard measures to protect your data, no electronic transmission is 100% secure, but we continuously update our security protocols.
