User Self-Declaration & Consent

I hereby declare that I am voluntarily registering for the 'Madad Karo / SafeQR' services and agree to abide by the following terms, subscription rules, and privacy policies:

1. 100% Privacy & Data Security: I understand that 'Madad Karo' prioritizes my safety. I acknowledge that during any Wrong Parking Alert or SOS/Emergency situation, my personal mobile number and my emergency contacts' numbers will strictly remain hidden and will never be shared or displayed to the person scanning my QR code. All communications will be routed securely through the system.
2. Trial Pack & Subscription: I understand that I can activate a 'Trial Pack' for ₹100, which provides full access to the QR alert services for a period of 1 Month (30 Days).
3. Premium Upgrade & Validity Rollover: I agree that the 'Premium Membership' costs ₹900 for a validity of 12 Months. If I upgrade and recharge with the ₹900 Premium plan while my 30-Day Trial period is still active, I acknowledge that my remaining trial days will not be lost. Instead, the remaining trial days will be automatically added to my new 12-Month validity period.
4. Expiry & Deactivation of QR Code: I am fully aware that the functionality of my vehicle's QR code is strictly linked to my active subscription. Upon the expiry of my active plan (Trial or Premium), my QR code will immediately become inactive/expired, and I will not receive any further alerts until I successfully renew my subscription.
5. Responsible Usage: I declare that the vehicle details and emergency contacts provided by me are accurate and belong to me or my immediate family. I will not misuse this SOS and Parking Alert platform for any illegal, spam, or harassment purposes.
6. Network, Internet & Communication Dependency: I understand and acknowledge that the proper functioning and timely delivery of certain services and features of the 'Madad Karo / SafeQR' platform—including, but not limited to, notifications, calls, SOS alerts, live location sharing, and other communication or location-based services—may depend upon the availability and reliability of my mobile device, internet connection, mobile network, GPS/location services, or other third-party telecommunication/service infrastructure. In the event that any alert, notification, call, live location, or other service fails to be delivered, initiated, updated, or received due to the absence, interruption, weakness, instability, or unavailability of mobile network, internet connectivity, GPS/location services, device connectivity, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for such failure, delay, interruption, or non-delivery.
7. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan (न्याय क्षेत्र जयपुर, राजस्थान होगा).
