Welcome to Madad Karo (SafeQR), operated by Khatu Aalayam Private Limited. By downloading, accessing, or using our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Madad Karo provides a vehicle identification and safety alert system through physical QR codes. Scanning the QR code allows third parties to alert the vehicle owner in case of wrong parking or emergency/SOS situations without revealing the owner's personal contact details.

2. Pricing, Subscriptions & Validity

• Trial Pack: Users can activate a Trial Pack for ₹100, which provides full access to the QR alert services for a period of 1 Month (30 Days).
• Premium Plan: The Premium Membership costs ₹900 for a validity of 12 Months.
• Rollover Benefit: If a user upgrades to the ₹900 Premium plan while their 30-Day Trial is still active, the remaining trial days will not be lost. They will be carried forward and automatically added to the new 12-month validity period.
• Expiry: Upon expiry of any active plan, the QR code functionality will be suspended immediately and no alerts will be delivered until the subscription is successfully renewed.

3. User Responsibilities & Misuse

• The QR codes and alert system are strictly for personal safety and convenience use only.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and emergency contact details.
• Any misuse of the platform, including sending fake alerts, spamming, or using the service for harassment, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure instant delivery of push notifications, WhatsApp alerts, and GPS locations, Madad Karo relies on third-party network providers, internet connectivity, and user device settings. Therefore, Khatu Aalayam Private Limited shall not be held liable for any delays, delivery failures, or damages arising from the inability to receive alerts during actual emergencies, nor for any disputes arising between users and individuals scanning the QR codes.

5. Account Suspension & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating our policies. Users maintain the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time via the provided Account Deletion section.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, the website, or the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan (न्याय क्षेत्र जयपुर, राजस्थान होगा).
